• Submitted course information must include the following:

• Course Description
• Duration of course
• Date
• Time
• Location
• Instructors name and contact information

• Course descriptions may be edited for content and clarity.

• Small box ad.

• Text only.

• Size, 300 x 85 pixels (approximately 4" x 1.25")

• Cost: $6.00 per month no more than six month purchase at a time and can be renewed at the end of 6 months.

• No charge for set up.

• Add-on link to another location, one time $5.00 fee. Link destination must be approved by AstrologyHouston.

• 300 x 175 pixel image (approximately 4" x 2.5")

• This is a static image / graphic

• 10 or less hidden key words that help the search engines find your ad.

• Cost: $20.00 per month (intro rate of $12.00) no more than six month purchase at a time and can be renewed at the end of 6 months.

• Add-on link to another location, one time $5.00 fee.

• Protected E-Mail link fee is $10.00 and good for 6 months , this provides a pop up form that will send you email and show you that the mail came from your ad on our site.

• No set up fee for basic graphic (there is a fee for links).

• Fee for building graphic varies. Once the graphic has been created you own it and may do with it as you please.

Note:  As this site wishes to preserve a certain look and feel, ads must be approved by AstrologyHouston.   Page position is first come first serve with the top four positions reserved.    AstrologyHouston reserves the right to refuse submitted advertising.

AstrologyHouston posts only articles about Astrology. New articles are added to the top of the Article page list. Old articles move down the list and are eventually archived.

• Articles should be approximately 900-1000 words.

• Articles longer than approximately 1000 words should be submitted as two or more parts. AstrologyHouston reserves the right to determine how many parts an article should be divided into.

• Multipart articles will be posted in successive months until all parts are posted.

• Articles are to be submitted via email and addressed to Kim McSherry for review.

• Preferred submitted format is MSWord, WordPerfect or text files. Save your document using your first initial and last name. (ex: fname.doc)

• You may submit a photo of yourself and a picture or graphic that pertains to your article. Photos, pictures and graphics may be cropped or resized to prevent slow download times. Graphics may be omitted if space becomes an issue.

• I include a short biography and contact information, email address and / or phone number. Biographies may not include information pertaining to services, events or classes. If you wish to submit event, class or service information, please refer to the appropriate guideline section.

• AstrologyHouston reserves the right to edit all submitted material for space, clarity and spelling.

• AstrologyHouston reserves the right to refuse submitted articles.

• For an event to be posted it must be related to astrology.

• Community events related to Astrology will be posted at no cost.

• Events may be submitted for posting no more than 3 months prior to the Event date.

• Event postings will be removed upon completion of the Event.

• Please include the following information when submitting Events.

• Event name
• Date of event (Day [Monday, Tuesday,etc.], Month, Day [1st, 10th, 23rd, ect.], Year
• Time [ex: 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm]
• Location
• Cost of event

Astrology Houston will trade / swap links with other web sites at no cost providing;

• The link, if a simple text line, is of approximately the same length (URL can be any length).

• The link, if graphic, is of the same size. Graphic link not to exceed 300 x 175 pixels.
